General Guidelines
- Content Approval – Raw posts, videos, or stories must be pre-approved by the brand before publishing.
- Posting Schedule – Specific dates/ times may be identified. Please follow accordingly (e.g., launch day, campaign period).
- Hashtags & Tags – Must tag the brand’s official account #goodglossofficial
- Usage Rights – The brand may repurpose influencer’s content (with or without additional payment) for ads, website, or social media.
Product & Compensation
- Gifted Products – Products sent must be featured as agreed (content like but not limited to, unboxing, tutorial, review, etc.) in its highest quality.
- Payment Terms – Please note this is a product-gifted collaboration, with no additional payment.
Content Requirements
- Quality Standards – Clear, high-resolution photos or videos in good lighting, showcasing the product visibly.
- Messaging – Stay on-brand, avoid controversial or offensive content.
- Deliverables – Exact content expected (60 seconds or less video).
Legal & Conduct
- Termination Clause – Brand can end the collaboration if influencer breaches rules or damages reputation.
- Confidentiality – No leaking unreleased products, campaigns, or insider info.
- Non-Disparagement – Influencer cannot speak negatively about the brand publicly
Shipping
- Must be located in Canada.
- All creators will have a maximum of 14 days from receiving products to share raw finished content with Good Gloss
