We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Good Gloss reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt with issue details including order number. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please contact us here. Failure to do so within 48 hours exempts Good Gloss from being responsible for order issue to be rectified.
Canceled Orders: Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed.
I Provided Incorrect Information: Please be careful when entering your shipping information, Good Gloss will not be responsible for orders sent with the incorrect information provided. Please submit a contact form within 24 hours of purchase. Please include and identify
1) First and Last name
2) Phone Number
3)The incorrect address used
4) The correct Address
Failure to follow these stated instruction exempts Good Gloss from being responsible for orders sent to incorrect information.
Refused Deliveries: Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Received Incorrect Items: Please visit our contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your initial inquiry.
Received Damaged Items: Please contact us here immediately(recommended) or within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number in the initial inquiry. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
